What neighborhood is the property located in?
Evolve Huntersville is in Northlake in the city of Huntersville. Here you’ll find three shopping centers within 2.2 miles of the property. Five parks are within 11.4 miles, including Carolina Raptor Center, Latta Plantation Nature Center, and RibbonWalk Nature Preserve.
What are the credit requirements?
Credit is calculated into your application decision along with a multitude of other factors that are reviewed on your application screening. We do not have a set credit score requirement as other factors can play into your applications decision.
What are the income requirements?
We require a gross monthly household income of 3 times the monthly rent or greater. Income must be a form of taxable, verifiable income.
What school district is the property located in?

How far can we push a move in date?
Move in dates can be pushed to a maximum of 45 days out from the date of approval.
How much is the application and admin fees?
There is $50 application fee per person and $100 admin fee.
How do you place a ‘hold’ on an apartment?
We do not ‘hold’ apartments. The only way to secure a unit under your name would be to submit an application. The unit will then be help offline while we process the application.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit ranges depending on credit history/report: $100 to a full month of rent.
